The Aim of BluPrints

  • To introduce you to the Dainfern College Formula for Success;
  • To show you the artwork/icons that provoke us to live daily these critical factors, behaviours, practices or principles; and
  • To build a sense of partnership, belonging and pride in who we are.

The things we have to have...

Top Line (Enablers) are factors, behaviours, practices and principles that:

  • Are good for our School;
  • We have to have;
  • Must be maximised.

Those things we can't afford to have...

Bottom Line (Disablers) are factors, behaviours, practices and principles that:

  • Are bad for our School;
  • We cannot afford to have;
  • Must be minimised.

Each year parents, teachers and students (Grades 6 – 12) are asked to rate our 10 top line enablers (aspects of our school that we celebrate) and our 10 disablers (aspects of our school that we work hard to eradicate). This invaluable feedback enables us to assess the performance of our College and identify areas that may need attention.
