 Welcome to our Prep School. My name is Darrel Webb and I have the privilege of leading a group of highly motivated and dedicated teachers at Dainfern Preparatory.
The broad objective of our teaching and learning at Dainfern Preparatory is to develop self belief. Our teaching is so much more than "filling the empty vessel" with knowledge. It is about getting to know every child we teach in order to motivate and encourage them as individuals so they have the skills to cope with an unknown future.
Our offer at the Prep School is a wonderful balance of Academic, Cultural and Sporting opportunities that without doubt adds to the creation of the whole child. Coupled with this balance is a proactive Pastoral Care department, consisting of a school counsellor, various remedial therapists, an occupational therapist, a speech therapist and a number of facilitators who offer academic support in class.
Our core values of Fortitude, Integrity, Self discipline, Humanity, Accountability and Respect underpin everything we do at our school and we are constantly reminded of who we are and what we want to achieve through our BluPrints formula.
If you are considering sending your son or daughter to our amazing school, please do not hesitate to pop in or call us to organise a tour. My advice is to come on a day when you can feel the vibe of our children and of our school. When you feel this vibe, you and your child will want to be part of it as soon as possible.
