The Organisation & Administration portfolio is crucial to the smooth running of a school. It entails planning events, booking venues, drawing up schedules and timetables and a myriad of other minor duties. The collating of the Term Calendar is one of the most important tasks as the needs of the Junior Preparatory, the Senior Preparatory and the High School must all be considered. Registers, tours, substitution and health and safety are some of the other areas covered by this portfolio.
