*PLEASE NOTE: The Art Club is a paying extramural. Accounts will be charged accordingly – the cost is around R150,00 (10 x R15) for the season but is dependent on how many weeks are in the season. Art Club and Orff work on a first-come first-served basis. All reply slips need to be returned to the class teacher by 08h00 on Friday 13 January 2012. In our endeavours to make this as fair as possible we will no longer take phone bookings. If there are more than 22 for Art Club and 34 for Orff, the names of all applicants will be pooled and the 22 or 34 will be drawn out of the hat. The children who didn’t make the sessions last season will then move to the top of the list for this season. In this way we hope to be fair to all.
